# Data Processing

> How we handle and process your data

## We never train on your data

Your ad accounts, campaigns, and reports are **never used to train AI models**. Your data stays private and is only used to power Ryze for you.

## How processing works

Ryze uses trusted third-party AI providers to power the assistant and reporting you use through Claude.

**How it works:**

* When you ask Ryze to pull a report or make a change, your request is processed by a third-party AI provider.
* The provider uses your connected account data to generate the response or action.
* These providers do not store your data permanently.
* They do not train their models on your content.
* All processing happens under strict data agreements.

## Ad data

* We access your ad data through secure OAuth connections — we never store your ad-platform passwords.
* Your ad data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models.
* Disconnect any integration at any time to revoke access immediately.

## Processing control

You have full control over how your data is processed:

* **Connections:** Control which ad accounts are connected.
* **Disconnect:** Remove any integration at any time.
* **Deletion:** Delete any data at any time.
* **Export:** Request a copy of all your data.
